Morgan Harvey was established in July 2002 and has over the past seven years grown its considerable client base and brand name to become a well know specialist recruitment agency with a first class level of service. The business is a recruitment agency that specialise in the supply of permanent staff to key clients throughout the UK. The main industries that we cover include, Sales and Marketing, Office and Administration, Executive, Finance and Accountancy and now I.T. Morgan Harvey’s main Group offices operate out of Surrey, London, and Hampshire, with other areas across the UK being picked up by franchisee operations. In 2006, after 4 years of sustained growth, it was decided that the brand name and method of recruitment could be easily transferred to individuals that had the desire and ambition to build their own business. We then went about designing the most in depth training programme and IT infrastructure that allowed individuals or teams of people to run a division or branch of Morgan Harvey within a new county, backed up by the support and guidance of the Management team. In late 2006, we launched our first franchise which has proved to be a very successful move for both Morgan Harvey and the Franchisee. Since then we have replicated this set up across 5 other sites. These individuals are from various backgrounds, such as recruitment, estate agency, Insurance sales, Car dealership and even a retired Marketing Director. Some of these individuals operate from their own home and some have grown to take their own office space. All of them have the desire to make their own business work and we have some great success stories to tell.
